Bessie House and Clover House are run by Living Hope Services, a nonprofit with men's sober living homes in Tracy and Manteca. Residents commit to sobriety, weekly and random drug and alcohol testing, recovery meetings, chores and curfew. Most have finished a treatment program, though that isn't always required.

Living Hope also offers peer support, life-skills coaching, counseling referrals and help finding work. Bed fees vary by house and typically include utilities.
