Emerson House & Rochester House (Coalition of Tracy Citizens to Assist the Homeless)
Tracy, CA
About the house
Emerson House (opened 2012) and Rochester House (opened 2015) are run by the Coalition of Tracy Citizens to Assist the Homeless, an all-volunteer nonprofit. They are transitional homes for adult men who have been homeless and are committed to sobriety.
Residents must stay off drugs and alcohol, are tested regularly and are dismissed if found under the influence. The houses offer daily structure, support groups, life-skills training, counseling referrals and help finding work and permanent housing. Stays typically run six months to a year.
Moving in
Call the house to ask about open beds, cost and move-in requirements.
